Matthew Tate, 35 of Indianapolis passed away on March 11, 2015.  He is survived by his wife, Hillary and son Blaize.  A Memorial Service will be held on April 11th from 1-3pm at Faith Bapitist Church, 1489 E. 600 N, Greenfield, IN 46140. The church is located  at the corner of 600 N. and SR 9
